I am happy to introduce you to a company I have come across called Grandma El's. They make diaper rash remedy & prevention, baby shampoo and baby wash. I was sent a tube of the diaper rash remedy and prevention to test out. You can get a free sample packet here.

This is a great product! It is smooth and breathable. I'm so glad that I found this product before I was done having babies. It is Doctor recommended as well. You should also know that it is cloth diaper friendly. You can buy it online, but it is also available at Target and Babies R Us.

This diaper rash ointment isn't white, nasty and pasty, it is clear and smooth. I would compare it to neosporin or something similar to that texture.
